I am an instructional designer, technical writer and marketing writer with more than 20 years of business experience. My areas of expertise include: facilitator-lead training, self-paced training, e-learning systems, computer-based training, sales training, end user documentation, training facilitation and delivery, technical/medical writing, marketing writing, editing and proofreading. I am an expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite -- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher. In addition I am learning XHTML for web design.
I also am a certified group exercise instructor and have taught fitness classes since 1995.
I have a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and am currently attending the Illinois Institute of Technology to pursue an M.S. in Technical Communications.
